Exchange Policy
1) Products can be exchange within 3 days if we deliver the wrong products or the colour/ size of the products are not what the customers have ordered.
Note: Please ensure that products returned for exchange must be in original packaging with tag intact.
Refund Policy
1) A full refund will be made if the product is no longer available.
2) You can request us to credit back the amount for your next order.
T&Cs
1) All prices stated in the website is not inclusive of postage fees.
2) Full payment should be made within 3 days after you have received confirmation email so as to process your order.
3) We do not bear responsibility for the loss of products if normal mail is chosen.
4) Upon receiving confirmation email, no cancelling of order is allowed.
5) Colour of products might be slightly different from the photos seen on the website due to different computer displays or lightings but we can assure you that it will be 90% similar as the website.
6) For instocks, the products will be mailed to you within 3 days after payment is received.
7) For pre-orders, the products will reach Singapore in approximately 2 to 4 weeks unless there is delay from supplier.
